Returns & Exchanges Policy – ​​BEICONIIC
At BE-IConiic, your satisfaction is our priority. We hope you love your items as much as we love creating them. However, if a product doesn't suit you, here is our return and exchange policy:

1. Right of withdrawal – 14 days
In accordance with current legislation (article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or an exchange.

2. Exchanges and assets
* Returns result in an exchange (size, color, or other available item) or a credit note valid for 6 months on the entire site.
* No refunds will be issued, except in the cases mentioned below.

3. Cases of exceptional reimbursement
A refund is only possible in the following cases:
* Item was defective upon receipt.
* Item does not conform to the order (wrong size, colour or reference).
In these cases, BEICONIIC covers the return costs and provides a full refund for the product.

4. Return conditions
For your return to be accepted, the items must:
* Must be returned new, unworn, unwashed and with all their original tags.
* Must be returned in their original packaging (box, cover, etc.).
* Show no signs of use (perfume, makeup, odor, stain, etc.).
Any return that does not comply with these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer.

5. Return Procedure
1. Contact our customer service via [email address / contact form].
2. Indicate the order number and the reason for the return.
3. Our team will send you the instructions and the return address.
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for defective products or preparation errors).

6. Processing times
* Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 to 10 business days after receipt of the package in our warehouses.
* The credit or the new item will be communicated to you by email.

7. Items excluded from returns
For hygiene reasons and in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
* Underwear, bodysuits, swimwear.
* Items on sale or promotion (except for proven defects).
